- Leave the house as nice--or nicer--than how you find it. We do not tack on additional cleaning fees so long as this expectation is met.
Retired ship captain, wood working hobbiest, and recovering school principal. Penobscot Bay is my passion. The middle of June during Lupine season is my favorite time of the year. Remodeling Dippy Inn has been a joy with input and sweat equity from the entire family. I have been happily married for 43 years to a world traveler and professional gardener. Our two children have flown the coop to return occasionally with our grand daughter.
