First of all, I don't know if you aware you were in Cuba... all buildings in Cuba belong to the state. Maybe you did know that...upss get some info before you travel to a Comunist Country like Cuba.
Lights: I left at the appartment 4 new light bulbs in case needed to be change any (Website hidden by Airbnb) If you needed more...why didn't you asked them to Magalis ( the person in charge of taking care of the appartment)
Sunchairs: I was in august and worked. So I will check that but also you did not say anything in the whole 6 weeks.
Pool: Next time you want a pool like in Miami, Spain......go to Miami or Spain.
Baby you are in Cuba....just in case you did not know.
Thats why prices are not like in Miami, or Spain....services in Cuba are very limited....but maybe you did not aware that....
About the trouble with the government, no one had trouble with the apartment but you...also no one stayed some many weeks with a tourist visa in the island...but you
If you consider this building bad...then you are not prepared to go to Cuba, because even Cuban people consider this building some of the top ones in La Habana...
As I say...go to other country next time you want services like in Spain, USA...but also you will have to PAY FOR THEM.
