Your stay proved to be a challenging hosting experience. It’s always a great pleasure to host a guest at my property. It makes me very happy that a guest can enjoy his/her stay at my place which I have put so much work into. Making sure that it is clean, spacious, comfortable and ready to be enjoyed. Saying that, we, reasonable people, do understand that sometimes things might not be up to par to the guest's expectations. And as always, we are happy to promptly take care, and resolve any issues that might arise. Airbnb has this policy in place that states that the guest has 24hrs to submit any complaints after arrival. Again, if that happens, we are more than happy to remedy the situation, as we did in the past. Dear Olga. You came to vacation at my place. Thank you for choosing my place. You said that you will arrive with A pet, that is singular, yet, you brought with you more than one dog which were pretty much locked in my garage when you were out. And let me tell you.... The mess and the amount of damage after your dogs is substantial. Extra money was put in to fix what was left there. Also, there are damages in the house. And so what did you do? The last night you were staying at my place you wrote that the swimming pool was dirty... Ok.... So how come it didn't bother you throughout your stay??? I mean, a reasonably honest and fair person, who would like to enjoy the amenities to it's capacity would have brought this issue to our attention as soon as possible. Ensuring that we would have a chance to remedy the situation and in turn make sure that the renter is happy and satisfied with their stay. I must also mention that a picture was taken right after your check-out to find the swimming pool in a perfect condition. Unfortunately we owners recently discovered that we have a new kind of renters. Apparently, dear Olga, you did your due diligence work on how to get yourself a cheap vacation. You requested 50% back which was paid to you by Airbnb but thank God I won't be charge for that because further investigation proof that you scammed me and tried to get a free ride.
Congratulations! You definitely took advantage of the loophole that the Airbnb created! Unfortunately practice like that it is not only hurting owner’s pocket, but also their overall opinion as a host. It is a very unfair, scamming in nature, parasitic practice that you are involved in that in turn hurts the host. I wish you all the best! Please don not return to my home.
