First we deeply apologize for the unexpected inconvenience that occurred to you. We follow a standard procedure while cleaning the room in which we check the functioning of everything using a checklist that includes TV, AC, lights, taps, WC, shower and so on, which is again double checked by the supervisor. We mark the room as ready to occupy, only after verifying that all these are functional. From the conversation with the plumber who fixed the issue we could understand, that there were no issue with the flushing system, however some sort of plastics wastes or paper waste like tissues which someone dumped into the closet blocked the passage and interrupted its function. We really do not know how something like this happend. But we are confident that this problem did not exist during the cleaning because we would have never given this room to anyone if any such fault was present. It was totally unexpected, once again we deeply apologize for the inconvenience we caused. We will definitely look forward for a solution that will prevent this from happening in future.
