Hi Thien-Y, I appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with 1 night out of the 3 nights you had stayed with us. We were more than happy to find you alternative arrangements if you had requested it that night but you had chosen to stay. Just to clarify, the guests upstairs that were making noise was not myself nor any relatives nor friends. I'm not sure how you came to that conclusion that the people making the noise was myself, but I just wanted to clarify that it certainly was not. For the most part, we have always had very respectable guests staying at our airbnb that keep to the rules of quiet hours and are very considerate of their neighbours. On the rare occasion, we come across airbnb guests that disobey rules. During this certain night, as soon as we received your message we contacted them immediately to keep to quiet hours & they apologized profusely for being loud. I had called you and texted you to check up on you and let you know that they have been contacted and they are sorry for being loud. As I did not receive a response from you, I had gone to bed assuming that everything was okay. I had tried contacting you in the morning but you had already checked out & I was not able to catch you before you left. Our cleaners arrive at 11am & you had left early that day which was why you saw the beer cans & cups. When I had checked with the cleaners, they said that there were no beer cans, cups or vomit in the backyard. The guests upstairs had cleaned up in the morning, right after you left :) I can reassure you that we normally have very happy guests :) Thanks again for the feedback! Have a good day!
