Hello Mary, We are so sorry to hear about your stay. I was surprised to read your review considering we were in contact the whole time you had your stay with us through Airbnb and You texting me directly to my phone. You mentioned the fan not working but then figured how to work it, as well on your check out day in regards to sheets being in the washer. I addressed that to our cleaning lady to double check the next time. You never messaged me about any other issues. Which I wish you did because I would have addressed them right away. We actually do not give access to our guest for the pool, which we state in our listing that it is for residents only. We are up front in regards to not mentioning being with Airbnb in our rules, and that you would need to agree to in order to book with us. We are up front from the beginning during your booking process so anyone who isn't comfortable with this can decide whether or not they wanted to still book with us. As far as our check out process we do ask guest to throw their trash away, throw any dirty towels in the washer, and any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them you don't have to wait till they are done. Our cleaning lady does the rest. The cancellation policy we follow is the one Airbnb provides. We value our guests, we want them to enjoy their stay, and come back to stay again. We are sorry to that you feel your experience was not a good one, it is not at all what we want our guest to experience. We wish you the best for your next Airbnb stay.
