First of all I have to say that it was the second time than Max was in our studio, he was there 2 weeks before and now he was repeating. So maybe it was not so bad.
But this time, the guest didnt accept that we had a late checkin after 7:30pm, despite being written in the advertisement, sent in the conditions of his booking, and remembered in the previous conversation by writing. Its only 15€, and its totally for Juliet who did this checkin outside of her working hours.
We apologised and offered to cancel, returning all his money. But he didnt accept.
So he arrived at the studio in a bad mood, and the booking couldnt go well... By coincidence, the bed broke that night, although it was ok when we prepared it. Any way, the next morning he had a new bed installed.
So, unfortunatly, a bad sperience with this guest for us.
