We take cleanliness very seriously and ensure that the unit is 100% vermin-free. You have stated that the supposed critter was "IN the bed,” but in private feedback, you said it was “UNDER the bed.” Which is it?
The cleaner states that there was no foul smell in the apartment before your arrival. Carpets are shampooed and floors are cleaned/sanitized between all guests. The cleaner then scents the unit with a calming lavender essential oil.
As you noted, I checked in with you during your stay to make sure everything was going well. Your response was, quote, ”Everything is fine, thank you!" Please feel free to tell me about such issues during your stay, as we would have immediately resolved any issue if it was present.
Regarding your concern of cost, this Airbnb is the lowest priced entire home in the city. This seems like a case of buyer’s remorse. Any photos of any supposed issues would be helpful to my cleaners. Feel free to message me any time regarding your stay.
