Elizabeth and her guest expected a hotel-like stay, yet it is clearly stated it's an apartment where we keep our personal belongings, including some for my 3-year old. Nevertheless, when we are away now, we are moving most of the things that she disliked, like my son's small box of colorful toys. Further, on the 5-person, yes, she obviously did not use the extra couch, which clearly shows in the photos which seats the 5th person. Actually, this long comfortable couch I used for sleeping my friends before I bought the bedroom's bed while we had just received the flat from the builder a year ago. Additionally, while I'm a light sleeper, I never really heard the passing by trains because the building is a special construction, this new 2/3 Million Euro flat in the city center costs an additional 30% due to its high technology and upscale design, including noise isolation and Triple-glazing, besides the high-end kitchen appliances. As for the city, certainly hardly very few people live in the old town of munich as buildings there are old, cold, damp, with thich mouldy bricks (sometimes treated), due to their historical values, the flat is 10 min from the river, one of the 4 old town "Gates" (Isar Tor), and it's next to impossible to find a newer more healthy and new flat nearer to the city center than this flat, due to historical buildings preservation code.
Wishing Elizabeth and her guest a nice stay in other places.
