You are looking at a lovely and functionally designed 2bd/2ba condominium situated on the third floor of a building. An elevator is provided for easier access to the unit but you do have 6 more steps after you get off of it to get to our 3rd floor back unit. It has a lanai that faces the north and offers a view of fantastic tropical flowering trees and the aromatic scent of their fresh flowers. What more can you ask for?

New HD TV and DVD player in the living room and TV’s in the two bedrooms. A DVD players in the king size/ Twin size bedroom and Free WiFi. It has two reserved parking spaces, plus pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. Just across the street (South Kihei Road) is Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach 1. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards, water and sand toys, and cooler are supplied so there is no need to rent or buy anything. Swimming, surfing, stand-up paddling, snorkeling, fishing, diving are just across the street. You are only minutes to boating, kayaking, hiking, and golfing and a walking distance to everything, more great beaches, groceries, shops, spas, salons, bars, restaurants, music, movie theater, rentals/lessons, etc. It is also a few minutes to Kihei Boat ramp.

The condominium is located on the third floor back of the building of a 4 story building with an elevator.

The condo is a vacation rental.

The guests must provide their own meals


Suitability:

No smoking inside or outside the condo! Not even the Lanai: Smokers may smoke in designated areas on the property grounds out near the pool.
Children are welcome: The condo is completely equipped for babies and children. Please make sure Kids respect all rule and don’t abuse the place in any way you will be charged for any fines and damage done.
Minimum Age Limit For Renters: 25years old


Living Room:

The living room is perfect for watching TV or listening to the radio while having a cocktail or two or simply a room for socializing. It has a sofa bed that can accommodate two people (but not comfy).

Bedrooms:

2 bedrooms with beds for 4. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other bedroom has a king size convertible bed that can be made into two twin size beds, if needed.
There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two people (but not comfy).


Bathrooms:

There are two well-maintained tiled bathrooms. Each bathroom has a tub and shower.


Kitchen & Dining Areas:

The dining area has a table that can sit 4-6 people. If you are a food enthusiast, you have a very spacious and very clean full kitchen where you can do your own Top Chef inspired meals. There is also 3 stools for people to sit and socialize with the cooks in the Kitchen.

Other Information:

The condo is your home away from home. Almost everything is provided for you to feel very comfortable as if you are at your own home. There are clean towels, shampoos, conditioners, dishes, Pots and Pans, soaps, and Towels. Free wireless internet is always on and the password is readily available to you. The condo has an air conditioner and it faces the north and south, so we get no direct blazing sun because the lanai faces North. You can leave the doors and windows open if you love fresh Tropical atmosphere from cool trade winds and fans. Outdoor life is part of Hawaii's history. Hawaii’s afternoon breezes are simply amazing and fabulous. One block from the beach allows you to go and enjoy amazing sunsets.

The Door has a key code entry lock to come and go so no need to keep up with keys or loose them on the Beach. The manager lives just down the way for help with any problems that may come up. We give you the code a day or two before your visit.
