Hi Angela, thank you for the feedback. However, In the future when writing a review, it’s helpful to express your concerns to the host while you are staying so I could help. I could have told you or showed you how to inactivate the fans. In addition, I always leave my condo in impeccable condition as other reviewers will show. You never mentioned one concern during our communication.
This is the first report of any issues with WiFi or directions, as they are both clearly stated in the website and in the email I send when checking in. No one has ever had issues with this procedure. When you did have an issues with the WiFi, I responded immediately showing you correct password to enter in and you had WiFi immediately when you entered the correct information.
On my posting, I have a list of restaurants and convince stores and their location on the website before booking. Yes, this is a suburban community and it’s clearly stated that nothing is in walking distance when booking. Please look more closely or ask these before booking in the future when they are important details to you.
Lastly, for the price, it is well below any hotels in the area particularly for 4 people, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.
Please look more closely before booking, as you would see that this was not the place for you and could have found a more appropriate place.
