With the house I have the ability to stay in the basement while guests have the 3 bedrooms upstairs. I thought I’d made it clear in the listing that I’d be staying in the basement, but after Stacy’s stay, I realize I need to make things clearer. I’ll have an option going forward to pay more to have the whole house without me there. But when I am in the basement, I do try to stay out of the way and act as a regular bed and breakfast type of host.

House is beautiful and the hot tub was perfect for a snowy weekend! Ali was extremely accommodating, and really went above and beyond to make sure my boyfriend and I had everything we needed.
