Hello Anthony, I have neve let any guests down after hosting over 20 guests and more. You do need to understand that when you booked the night before, it was after 10pm and on instabook. I approved your request because the support team from airbnb messaged me right after asking me to accomodate and I never let guests down. However the next day, when I was out at work, You came at 3pm and called me as I expected my mother to be home and open for your arrival. She was asleep. So I asked you to come back at 7pm and that way I will be there to accommodate but at that time my mother was arguing with me that I made a booking without her approval. She did not know I had the room listed. And the fact that you booked after hours, I did not think it would be a problem but she needed the space and I did not know which is why it was listed. This was not my intention so I notified Airbnb to give you an immediate refund and support you with accommodation. They assured me you would be taken care for. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is unlikely to happen with me ever. Take care.
