Chateau St. Philippe is a fashionable 1 bd,/1 ba non-smoking condo near Baylor Med. CTR in a quiet gated community with a quintessential French theme. This 2nd floor unit is completely furnished with stylish contemporary furniture, a queen sized bed, built-in desk & chair, washer/dryer,and queen size sofa bed in the living area. We are pet-friendly (Max. 2, weight &breed restrictions, $225 nonrefundable fee per pet, must be crated when you are gone)

This gem boasts a newly remodeled bathroom with polished porcelain tile and glass strip mosaic tile accents. Hardwood flooring and new paint throughout the unit. Kitchen includes white granite countertops with gray veins and a backsplash featuring a glass and grey-combination mosaic tile. Our upscale unit includes all the comforts of home including two smart TVs, high speed internet, an iron with ironing board, hair dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher in a full size kitchen fully equipped for cooking. Also, this well lit complex includes a reserved parking space, community pool, video security plus much more!.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re currently adopting a 72-hour minimum window between stays to allow sufficient time to sanitize and follow recommended guidelines from experts and government health agencies. Also anyone assisting with guest check-in will wear gloves and masks and may ask you if you or anyone in your household is sick or has been around anyone. If you have any questions please ask.

On monthly rental leases and long leases, there is a $100 electricity usage limit. Guest agrees to pay any overages over this amount.

Pet policy: We need your pet info prior to booking. We have a
nonrefundable pet fee of $225 per pet ( max. 2 pets), weight and breed restrictions, and please crate pets when you are not at home.

In line with the policy of the condominium association and to protect all residents in the community a routine background check is required for our guests.
In the event you need to schedule cleaning or maintenance service, kindly call us. A member of our service team will happily handle any all concerns. We are also available to promptly address any issues and facilitate special requirements. If staying in Chateau St.Philippe for 90 days or longer, you will have access to our mailbox to receive your mail. Kindly note - there is a deposit fee to receive mailbox keys.

Also, easy access to major highways, DART bus line, and less than .7 mile from the TRE rail station. And, it is walking distance to the beautiful Towne Lake Park, a neighborhood recreational park offering grassy fields, a jogging trail, playground, and a lake with ducks and turtles. This nicely landscaped condo complex is well lit and tucked into a well-established residential neighborhood, so it is nice and quiet. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. My name is Rick, and I have been a corporate housing service provider since 2007, and for most of that time, I have fully enjoyed being an Airbnb host.
