It seems unfair that good and caring hosts, providing great places for guests to stay, can be unfairly judged by some people's inaccurate, unfair and sometimes even untruthful comments. Mutual honesty is valued by genuine caring hosts. We are proud of what we provide for our guests, and apologise again for any thing that may have contributed to a less than quality experience and towards you feeling "miserable" -after you arrived at this beautiful place already soaking wet and cold. The real truth is that just as "all the the windows" are not cracked" as you untruthfully claim, the truth is that your host was right there inside enjoying the quiet of the sound of rain and waves, and waiting for your arrival. It is a mystery that any "knocks on the door" as you claim would have been easily heard. Everything was left all ready for you including linen, towels, and a heater. It was you who booked the very different higher quality "Retro Caravan", and then used the wrong caravan-despite the very clear differences. The two different names of the two very different caravans on offer on Airbnb are right there on the front doors on each of them. The written instructions to the proper toilet, and the excellent hot shower are also right there on display in the caravan that you used, as well as on Airbnb. Your judging proper bathroom facilities, all cleaned and ready for you, by simple back up facilities provided conveniently for emergencies is unfair. I accept the value of your comments from your view but that were in truth sadly affected by your own contributions. Despite your being guided by your host to the correct accommodation that you had booked, and to the hot showers, etc your departing words were.. "Don't worry. I'll leave good ratings.." It seems very unfair that you as a guest don't do what you say, and then leave untrue and unfair comments regarding accommodation that you did not even see inside, and let alone stay in. We are so blessed that the vast majority of Airbnb guests we have are fair, honest and very appreciative.
