1. Normally, I really meet and greet my guest, but temporarily, I am abroad so I was not able to meet you and i'd love to do that as always.
2. I'd like to clear it up that we were able to process your documentation on time upon your arrival, however, the admin of the building was not able to provide the copy to the security of the building which is not under our control.
3. Likewise, I'm in abroad so I gave your number to my son, again I apologize if he was not able to respond faster since he has the workload which I really understand.
