It is my commitment to have an immaculately clean home and I inspect the cleanings as often as I can. I wish I new Kira didn’t feel it was clean as listed and why. I make a point to check in with every guest during their stay to find out how their stay is and if there is anything they need. In fact, my assistant Brooke checked in with her and this was her reply, 3 days into her stay, “Hi Brooke, thanks for checking. The loft is great and having a fabulous time. Best. K"
Furthermore, Venice is a diverse and colorful neighborhood as a whole and this park sees everything from moms pushing strollers, kids, teen and adult sports games and practice, even toddler soccer practice, and longtime locals to recent venetian’s, from all walks of life, playing, exercising and hanging out and everyone seems to get along…homeless crowd is actually minimal.
I’ve had dozens of single women stay at this place, some executives, some moms, some famous actors and models, all of which felt comfortable and at home here.
It is my commitment that each guest has an extraordinary stay, so it is disheartening to find out, after the fact, that I may have had an opportunity to make a difference in Kira's experience. I get some things are out of our control but as a host, there is almost always something that can be done to make up for any shortcomings and create an extraordinary overall experience.
