Villa Terra Creta is a substantial contemporary private residence set within 4,300 m² of landscaped grounds at Venizelos Graves on the Akrotiri peninsula, approximately 6 km from Chania. The multi-level villa combines panoramic sea and mountain views with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for year-round stays.
The principal accommodation welcomes up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. On the first floor, the Master Suite has a 1.80 × 2.00 m king bed, living area, walk-in wardrobe, desk, balcony and private plunge pool. The Twin Room has two 0.90 × 2.00 m single beds and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. On the ground floor, the Family Suite has a 1.60 × 2.00 m queen bed, its own living area and workspace, and direct pool access. The lower ground floor has two further en-suite bedrooms, each with a 1.60 × 2.00 m queen bed and terrace access.
The villa includes two principal living rooms, a sea-view dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a multipurpose room arranged as a home cinema, playroom and office. Wellness facilities include a sauna, hammam and gym. An independent lower-ground-floor studio with an en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, semi-double bed and single bed may be made available only by prior agreement.
Outside, guests enjoy a private heated infinity pool of approximately 11 × 7 m, shaded lounges, gazebos, a pool bar and shower. The outdoor kitchen includes both gas and charcoal barbecues as well as a wood-fired oven. Private parking is available within the grounds.
Villa Terra Creta is close to the beaches of Akrotiri, Chania Old Town and Chania International Airport, while retaining the privacy and space of a substantial residence.

Standard accommodation is for up to 10 guests in five principal en-suite bedrooms. Additional occupancy requires prior written approval and depends on the composition of the party. The Family Suite sofa bed can accommodate one additional guest at €350 per night, or two at €450 per night in total. The separate self-contained Studio can accommodate up to two guests at €500 per night in total. The maximum approved occupancy is 12 guests, using either the Family Suite sofa bed or the optional Studio. These options cannot be combined. These supplements apply to every night of the stay, are non-commissionable and cannot be discounted. The Studio is not included in the standard rental. Please enquire before booking for more than 10 guests.
Pool heating is optional and must be requested in advance: €1,300 for the first three nights, plus €150 for each additional night, non-commissionable. Underfloor heating is included during the winter season. A refundable €5,000 security deposit is payable before arrival and returned within seven days after check-out, less any applicable damage costs.
Private events and celebrations require prior written approval. Separate conditions, service requirements and a non-commissionable event fee may apply. All services, including private chefs, must be arranged through approved villa partners. The villa is not advertised as pet-friendly; a well-behaved dog may occasionally be considered only on request and with prior approval.
