I wish you could tell me that you experience problems in real time. I met you every day and communicated with you via Airbnb and all the time you said that you are satisfied and even happy with everything. You did not mention any single complaint. So, I am very sad to hear that you experienced odor problems, and we are taking care of it immediately. Regarding the electricity – it is clearly stated in the house rules that the guests pay for their electricity to the power company. Since we care about our guests, we leave some electricity prepaid, so the guests don’t need to run to pay for the electricity upon their arrival immediately. Thus we kindly asked you to leave the same amount that you got for the electricity upon your leaving and you agreed. You chose not to do exactly that, so I asked for the difference. Not a penny went into my pocket.
Moreover, we provide a flexible booking option, which allows leaving anytime if you are not satisfied. But you preferred to stay with us and told us every day how satisfied you are. So I guess, and I hope, that it wasn’t that bad for you. Safe travels!
