Gavin, notice there is not one other negative review about AC issues. If you had any issues with the AC common sense, not to mention our VERY clear rules tell you to contact us immediately! Our other reviews make VERY clear we will handle any issue night or day very quickly. The other reviews also make clear the AC not working is not a common issue and infact you moving the AC and pulling it out from behind a wall is what tore the ventilation tube causing the AC not to work. Among a list of other things we had to replace after your stay, was the AC. You gave us no indication there were any issues with anything during your stay and we can not read minds. I have never reported a guest to Airbnb with any complaints until you and after seeing the condition of the boat after your check out (like a bomb went off), my guess is you are writing a negative review and didn't contact us at the time so you didn't have to take responsibility for your actions and disrespect of our property during your stay. Your group was extremely dirty, wasteful, disrespectful of our property, had total disregaurd for our rules, and left many broken and ruined items and issues and I did report it all to Airbnb and requested to keep your deposit. Also, the listing description is VERY accurate, so are my detailed pictures and videos going over every aspect of the boat you also receive before check in, and the rules are VERY clear (multiple times) if you read them!
