Being so centrally located, many desirable towns, villages and cities can be accessed within an hour, including Gloucester and its cathedral, which was used as a film location for ’Harry Potter’, and Regency Cheltenham, famous for its many festivals including winter horse racing. Hereford and Ledbury are well worth a visit with their many black and white timbered buildings and the popular shopping destination of Worcester. There are many attractions to visit including Go Ape Treetop Adventure, Puzzlewood and the Steam Railway. Local pubs are within walking distance, one of which specialises in homemade pies, has a delicatessen and a homemade ice cream parlour. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
