Most of my guests are wonderful, but I really don't understand complaining about things that are clearly identified in the listing. It would be like me booking a hotel without a fridge and microwave, and then complaining about it. We have not purchased a large flat screen for the cabin because our understanding is that people are visiting Seattle to see Seattle, rather than watch TV. But if this is important, as is the case for some older guests, I do recommend reading the listing and then booking accordingly.
There may have been some pink mold in the shower. And for that I apologize. Next time, might I recommend booking a Motel 6 for the same price you paid for the cabin?
We are removing our listing based on this and other bad guest experiences. It simply isn't worth inviting strangers into your home, only to have them nit-pick the towels, etc. Obviously hosts who open their homes up are doing so to make money, not to purchase all new luxury towels. After a string of ungrateful guests, I've decided it just isn't worth it anymore. Not recommended. No thank you.
