We thank you for the feedback, however, it was unexpected and quite strong. It uses some adjectives to describe the situation somewhat exaggerating, subjective and not totally well founded.
Unexpected feedback, since we communicated throughout your stay and I remember having repeatedly asked if there is anything you wish to fix or arrange with the location.
It is a pity, but this is already past. We have to use the feedback to improve the place.
On the other hand, we are happy that–besides the problems raised– you confirm with your comment of having found the furniture, layout, and facilities of the recently renovated flat as they were depicted on the picture and in the description. This will reassure our future quests.
We immediately fixed the objective remarks, re-vacuum cleaning, re-cleaning, de-clogging, ventilating, re-washing so as to put the place in the state of your demands and possible for other guests (also out of Airbnb), who uses the flat regularly.
The mass transport tickets are not cheap, indeed. Maybe next time a day subscription would do the job better/cheaper.
