Annie said I "care too much, etc ~~RESPONSE: Annie was not able to open the unlocked Front GATE with a "child" proof latch. She came home very late every single night, so I have to assist her with the Front GATE, otherwise she would have stayed out all nite, even if GATE was unlocked. Also she tried a "diffetent key" to open the Front door several times, NOT THE HOUSE KEY I gave her to open the house. So I got very concerned about her ability to let herself-In late at night of course. I couldn't go out of town as I needed to, because I have to make sure she was able to get-In late at night~~now she is being very unthankful and unappreciative of my time and services she received. About the Room was "dirty" ~~ RESPONSE: Annie didn't specify that the only reason I checked the GUEST Room was to make sure it was clean and everything was just fine WHEN SHE WAS GONE FOR THE DAY. I never Ever NOCK AT MY GUEST'S DOOR WHILE THEY ARE HOME. I text my GUESTS if I have to say something important. The only reason I kept checking up on the Room afterwards was because of the SCARY situation with the "overheated" REFRIGERATOR. Annie NEVER MENTION TO ME NOT even ONCE that SHE DIDN'T LIKE ME TO CHECK UP ON THE ROOM, or that THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, NEVER (Website hidden by Airbnb) BECAUSE IT WAS NOT DIRTY AT ALL. NEITHER she COMPLAINED to AIRBNB AS she SHOULD HAVE IF I WOULD HAVE DELIVERED her A DIRTY ROOM or old dishes. I just upgraded the GUEST Rooms, and all the dishes and silverware are new. Prior GUEST didn't prepare food in the Room. They were at work all day and liked to eat out. SHE IS GIVING A FALSE STATEMENT and she is being DISHONEST ABOUT THAT. She is upset because she was late 3 hours to CHECK-OUT and I was forced to ask her to vacate so I could clean and fix the Room before going out of town, she knew about it. I DIDN'T even charge her an extra day for being 3 hours late as it's POSTED on the Listing~~ ~~RESPONSE: about the Bathroom, Once again, she is being DISHONEST and she is giving a very FALSE STATEMENT. She NEVER EVER MENTIONED to me that ANYTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE BATHROOM, OR CONPLAINED to AIRBNB about IT EITHER, because IT'S ABSOLUTELY 100% NO TRUE. She was the one who left it DIRTY ONCE, so I have to Post a sign in the Bathroom asking the "Guest"to please LEAVE BATHROOM CLEAN WHEN DONE. "LACK OF PRIVACY". ~~ RESPONSE: ~~ I NEVER KNOCK AT HER ROOM DOOR, NOT EVEN WHEN SHE WAS 3 HOURS LATE TO CHECK-OUT and she was not longer our GUEST. I SENT HER TEXTS TO REMIND HER She needed to vacate. It shouldn't have to be Annie's concern if we had or not a new GUEST coming. Her 3 hours after she was supposed to be gone was way too much because she knew I had to go out of town days before, and I stayed TO HELP HER OUT. I have other GREAT REVIEWS FROM OTHER GUESTS THAT APPRECIATE MY HOSPITALITY SERVICES. She just contradicts herself throughout the Review. Also, I take care of myself and I do not get tired like she does. It's POSTED on my Listing. Just because I DON'T get tired doesn't make me a liar. Who ever knows me, knows that about me. I only get 5 hours of very sound sleep, and that's it. I do not move or toss or turn at all while sleeping either. I'm just healthy not a lier. After Annie had showed me her real face, I just CAN'T REFER HER TO OTHER HOSTS.
