This large home is in an established neighborhood, surrounded by large trees. It offers 3 living areas including entertainment room w/ a pool & poker table, a sofa lounge with Bluetooth speaker system, large master bedroom with study, 2nd bedroom has own full bathroom, a galley kitchen with granite counter tops including a breakfast bar top, a large dining room, and covered patios.
Amenities and extras include a newly built in-ground swimming pool, pétanque court, and water softener/RO system

This home comes with the followings rooms and beds:
- Master bedroom with king bed
- 2nd master bedroom with queen bed
- Bedroom 1 with queen bed
- Bedroom 2 with 2 full size beds
- Bedroom 3 with a sofa sleeper (pull out queen size bed)
- Sitting room of master with a day bed including a trundle (2 twin size)
- Couch in entertainment room that could be used as a bed
