Ok,,,, If you are reading this, please refer to our other feedbacks, they are all accurate, , inevitably there is always gonna be someone who is impossible to please. This crazy woman and her friends checked into our place late in the evening. They could not work out how to operate the heater, (first in 3 years to have any trouble) They sent me rude message "heater not work!" I explained what the problem may be (heater set to cooling mode??) I said I could have someone there first thing to look at it. Then they saw a wee mouse.... (In autumn they may come inside sometimes) "THERE ARE RATS" she said,,, omg.... I realized I was dealing with a princess, I offered her a 100% refund if she wasn't happy which she accepted after getting a free nights accommodation. Then leaves bad feedback after my kindness. Queenstown is expensive and some people think because they are paying more than other parts of NZ that they can expect some kind of 5 star experience... sorry to disappoint you Wong, Sorry for the spotlessly clean apartment close to town with great views, brand new carpet kitchen and bathroom, sorry for the 100% refund which I didn't have to give, sorry I let you con me out of a nights accommodation, mostly sorry that you have tainted my 100% good experience of hosting great people from all over the world.
