General:
Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the Hancock House team could result in immediate removal from the property.

Occupancy:
Guest room occupancy can not exceed the maximum occupancy listed on the room reserved.

Noise & Party Policy:
It is our mission to deliver exceptional experiences for all of our guests. With this in mind excessive noise, disruptive noise during quiet hours or partying in our Lofts will not be tolerated and could be cause for removal from the property with out refund.

Smoking:
Hancock House is a 100% non-smoking facility. Any evidence of smoking in the guest’s room (including smell) will result in a $500 fee.

Pet Policy:
Hancock House is a pet friendly property. A $100 pet fee will be assessed for pets 75 pounds and under. Pets over 75 pounds are prohibited.

Photography / Commercial Use:
Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on property without prior approval from Hancock House. A $1000 fee will be charged if violated.

Housekeeping:
We provide a full housekeeping service prior to check-in. A light cleaning service during your stay can be provided upon request for $20 a day between 11 AM until 3 PM. This service must be requested prior to arrival.

Damage/Missing Items:
Upon booking we require a credit card on file for any damages beyond normal use of our amenities incurred during the rental of the room. The guest authorizes Hancock House to charge the cost of repair of such damage or loss of such items during their stay caused by themselves, or any person for whom they are responsible. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning bedding and upholstery, fumigation if the guest smokes in a room, and/or damage to furniture, rugs, walls and fixtures as well as replacing missing items such as bedding, towels, furnishings, kitchenware, etc.

Candles:
For guest safety and the protection of this historic building and its furnishings, the use of candles in guest rooms is prohibited.
