Authentic Finnish log home built in 2008 has 2,300 square feet of living space, including 3 bedrooms plus loft, and accommodates up to 8 people. There are 2 full and 2 half bathrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the dishes needed for your family dinner. You can enjoy the sauna after hiking, bike riding or climbing. There are also 2 huge decks with 2 patio tables and 2 sitting areas.
There are 2 TVs with cable, free WiFi, stereo system, BBQ, Sauna, Heating, Washer, Dryer, 2-car garage, pets allowed, and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.
Our guests have full privacy.
It is very quiet and there is easy access to the town. You can see deer walking in our back yard between the pine trees and manzanita trees. You can go hiking, rock climbing and fishing in less than a 20-minute drive. A lot of small little shops, restaurants etc.
We have 2 car garage for our guests.
We have 4 night minimum during holidays, and we decorate our home for the holidays.
Our quiet home is perfectly situated between a short walk away from nearby hiking trails, well-known climbing spots, downtown Idyllwild and the Idyllwild Arts school.
Guests may store vehicles and gear during their stay in the two-car garage. Guests have access to all unlocked areas of home, including sauna, washer/dryer, garage, both decks.

A car is a must to get here, but once here, walking is the best way to get around town. If you enjoy a brisk walk, you can easily walk to town from our log home.
