This 1920's classic beach house is just steps from the best beaches in Southern California. This second story,
2 bedroom/1 bath, unit is located behind our 3 bedroom/2 bath beach house. Come spend your days by the ocean and your nights barbecuing on the outdoor patio or enjoy some of the best eateries and entertainment, just a short walk away. Both units can be booked simultaneously, if available, to accommodate up to 8 additional guests.

This 1920's bungalow captures the essence of the beach lifestyle in the heart of Newport Beach. This 2 bedroom/1 bath unit offers the perfect space for a beach getaway. There is a courtyard on the first floor that separates the front house and the back unit. Enjoy the designated BBQ for an evening meal. Great after a full day at the beach. This unit offers an air conditioning unit in the back bedroom area...a rarity at the beach!

PARKING
-1 designated garage parking space (max length 16'/74"H) which is shared with the front house guests.
-Free street parking can also be utilized

LAUNDRY
-Shared laundry available in the garage. Must bring your own laundry supplies.

ALSO: The front house, 3 bedrooms/2 baths, can also be rented simultaneously, when available. This can accommodate an additional 8 guests. This unit has 1 king, 2 Queens, and Twin Bunk Beds.

NOTE: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

CHECK IN: 3 PM on the arrival date
CHECK OUT: 10 AM on the departure date

NO PARTIES!! This is our family beach house and we will not tolerate large gatherings, excessive noise, and smoking.

*As of Dec. 2020, there is construction of 2 properties on our street. One is next door and the other is across the street. Please note that there is possible construction noise from these two properties.

Our beach house is located on Balboa Peninsula. Just one mile from Newport Pier and 2.5 miles to Balboa Pier and Fun Zone. Thirty-Eighth Street park is just a short walk and has a basketball court as well as a playground.
Ride your bike or walk to the local shops, bars and restaurants near Newport Beach Pier, Lido Marina Village, and Balboa Pier. We offer a Welcome Book that provides all the information you'll need to make the most out of your stay.

Easy day excursions include Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, San Diego Zoo, and Legoland. Enjoy world-class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza-less than a 15 min drive away!
