Patrick was a real disaster and most of all he is a bugiardo and diffamatore.
First of all I agree to let him stay just one night ( our minimum stay is 3 nights) and on sunday, which is a holi day in Italy, and just for this, we were very kind and polite.
Second, we gave him and his wife a beautiful luxury suite ( the suite Allumeuse, you can see from the pictures) instead of a standard one bedroom apartment as he booked to save money we suppose, but sure he accepted the better quality accommodation for the half rate!
The suite is located on the primo piano nobile with elevator of our historical Residenza: bedroom with baldacchino, sitting room, separated kitchen facilities, hydromassage bathroom with bathtub and shower, view over the Arno river, 2 tv sat lcd, air conditioning every where ( it function perfectly), internet wireless every where in the whole Residenza ( may be his computer had a wrong IP addresse if it was not funcioning, because all the other guests were connected!). He payed the half of the ammount because he received a luxury suite, so we gave him something special and he still didnt thank us, he was arrogant and pretenzioso, come se fosse tutto dovuto ad un ospite, un atteggiamento davvero maleducato. He wrote, fine bedroom and fine bathroom!?! Thats really unacceptable! Its a beautiful suite with the view, exclusive and special, with all our pezzi di antiquariato e foto e quadri antichi, thats really unacceptable to not have any respect and gratificazione for opened our historical location to such an arrogant person. May be they are just too jung to understand culture and unique situation!
It was specifeited in advance that: the minimu stay is 3 nights but in any case we would have him for just one, that was a holi day and the holiday fee cost E 20, that internet service costs E 5 per day and private parking E 20 per day. It was everything very clear.
I personally , by e mail , asked him to send me in advance passports details because during sunday the police office for the registration of the documents are closed, so I had to organize to go a day before. He was very disappointed ( I can not understnd why) and he sand me incomplete details, without main informations, that the reason because I asked him to resend me them complete.
Reguarding the key, we have always a copy in case something happen or guest loose it, so it was absolutely not lost by us, but it was simply in the end of our employer Maritess, who was waiting for them.
He changed the dates of arrival 2 times.
