Take the outdoor stairs to the lower level of the building, towards the Pacific Ocean, and you will find your own piece of paradise.
This property has been in the family since the 1930's. The re-construction of this 4 level property, situated high on the hill overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean, was completed in July 2012. The lower level is the holiday retreat.
The views are to die for! Your own private balcony with spectacular ocean views off to the horizon in the east; Yamba Main Beach, Convent Beach and Yamba Point to the south; and the iconic Yamba Lighthouse to the north. A short stroll takes you to the famous Yamba Lighthouse. You can then take the path down to your choice of Whiting Beach or Turner's Beach. Walk the 2km Turner's Breakwall while looking for dolphins and whales or watching fisherman catch their fish of the day. A popular fishing spot for both the locals and the holiday makers.
After a day of fun in the sun, there is an outdoor shower located on your balcony to rinse off the salt and sand.

About the location:

Take a stroll along the beach, surf, or swim at any of our beautiful beaches in Yamba - Lovers Point, Convent Beach, Main Beach, Pippi Beach, Turners and Whiting Beach. Travel a little further out to Angourie with Green Point, Blue Pools, Spooky's Beach and Back Beach. Choose from fishing and water sports on the Clarence River or Lake Wooloweyah. Park the car and walk to the boutiques, grocery stores, cafes, bars and restaurants in Yamba's Main Street or take in a meal and entertainment at the Golf or Bowling Clubs. For those rainy or lazy days, you can catch at movie at Yamba Cinema which is located just above the main street in Yamba. It is all so close. If you don't feel like walking, there are courtesy buses provided and run by both clubs. Additionally, the Yamba Shores Tavern is the perfect spot on the river, for a drink and a bite to eat.
Yamba Shopping Fair, so park the car and walk to Yamba's largest shopping centre. This facility includes a Coles, KMART, Reject Shop, Priceline, and other specialty stores. Outside the complex are cafes and takeaway restaurants, as well as other specialty stores servicing the area.
Exploring the wonders of the Clarence Valley is a must whilst you are visiting. Maclean is a short 20-minute drive away from Yamba and has wonderful ethnic Scottish elements for visitors to explore, including tartan painted power poles, recipes for traditional Scottish feast displayed in the main street, the Scottish Shop, plus plenty of bagpipes.
Iluka is accessible by car, 45-50 mins, or take the ferry from the end of River St and cruise across to Iluka, and wander up Iluka's main street towards cafes, gift stores, the Bowling Club, Sedgers Reef Hotel and the Fishermen's Co-op.
Major towns of Ballina and Grafton, Byron Bay are within an hour's drive, with both airports and shopping facilities.
