Too many lies, a rude attitude from the beginning to the end, unacceptable, shocking!!! Before you booked the room I offered you the alternative of the small single room for the 1st night for 20€ in case I couldn't prepare the only room left, mine. You accepted the deal. You asked if I could prepare you dinner, I offered you to share the "apéritif dinatoire" I was offering to everybody on your arrival evening, as the house was full, you said "fine" (no, not thanks, not that's nice, just, fine...I should have known from this moment). When the apéritif was ready, with home made tapas, you indeed decided not to share it with us, but instead you went on the terrace on the only table that was not ready nor deisgned to receive guests. Once you ate the tapas, you asked for more, and more again. When the other guests decided to have the aperitif on the terrace, on a different table, you left with bad temper. Next morning, you didn't even have time to begin the breakfast that you already asked for more, when I was getting the other pancake to heat so that you'd enjoy both pancakes being hot. The couple with the kid left because it was the end of their stay, and left me a very nice comment and excellent appreciation. The man from the double room on ground floor did have an allergy, and yet left me another very nice comment. As you were tall and the groundfloor room was free, I thought you'd be more comfortable in this room, and made a mistake at openning the calendars, and an immediate booking entered for this room on your last night. It was an elderly couple with huge and heavy luggages, so I did ask you if you'd accept to be in the double room upstairs with the compensation of the 1st night being totally refunded instead of the 20€ you paid. You did not accept, AND pretended you thought I offered anyway to refund the whole first night...dinner and breakfast being offered, and never enough for you!!!??? You asked for your breakfast earlier than the hour twice (on 3 days), I did you the favor, and on the last day I had mine with you to give you some tips about San Sebastian. You left the toilet bowl twice painted with your excrements (you were not shown to use a toilet brush? Do you pretend to be respectful?), not to mention the shower full of sand that of course you did not rinse, or when you threw my linen out of the automatic dryer to run it with just you bathing suit, full of sand too, which of course broke my dryer, all that while you had the heating on (where you could have put your swimming suit) and the window wide open. Ah and of course, I ran a wshing machine for you and put everything on the manual dryer, but I guess saying thanks would have been too hard...Eventually after the last breakfast and me writing on a paper the info I gave you for your trip in San Sé, you left with hardly a goodbye. Indeed I was surprised, something was missing, a "thank you" maybe? so I wrote you a kind message asking for a feedback on your stay, to which you answered not to contact you anymore and that you had been very (Website hidden by Airbnb) obvious we don't have the same education, nor the same helpfulness, kindness, friendlyness....Of all my experiences with airbnb and other channels, yours was the worst for me, a nightmare that you made last with this filthy ugly unfair comment, and I really hope from the deapest of my heart that I'll never ever have to welcome or meet such a rude unfriendly person. The other guests were shocked by your attitude, by the way...and fortunately they, as most of my guests, wrote me very nice and kind feedbacks, as well as did the guests that came after you.
