1. Smoking is NOT allowed.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the property.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Please be careful with the windows as the cranks can break if forced.
8. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor and sheets on the bed upon departure. Also, please remember to turn off all lights/fans/Heating & Air.
10. Tips: The fan is controlled by a remote on the wall near the bathroom. The Heating & Air is controlled by a wall thermostat below the unit. The front door locks automatically behind you. You will receive the entry code in a separate e-mail on the week of your arrival.
11. No more than three (3) adult guests.
12. Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

This was a return visit for my husband & me, & it was another perfect vacation. Brian makes check in easy & was quickly available by phone when we had a question. His place is clean & cozy with a beautiful view from the top floor. The weather was just right for opening the tall windows & feeling the gulf breeze. Thanks, Brian, for a heavenly time.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful area! Close to the beach and several good restaurants and cute boutiques. Great location and lovely apartment.

Brian’s place was super clean and his communication when finding the place was prompt, because it can be difficult to find if you are not familiar with the location. I would recommend this loft to couples wanting to get away for the weekend. The place was nice and quiet.
