The property has its own separate access with parking. rooms are fitted out a to a high standard with a modern relaxed living area. The bedroom has a king size bed with luxury mattress. There is also a separate modern wetroom shower and WC.
The entertainment system has a 42 inch Samsung TV with a separate hi fi sound system and chromecast connections for streaming content such as you tube music or films from laptop, phone or tablet.
Foreign language television via the internet and Chromecast is possible
We have also used Airbnb as guests and our reviews from hosts can be seen to give you a more comprehensive idea of us as people and hosts.
The patio is finished and ready for use with table and seating. The rest of the garden layout is a work in progress.

The bedroom has a kingsize bed with luxury 30cm memory foam mattress.
All lighting units in the living area are controlled by dimmers to allow the desired ambience to be created.
Grocery shopping – There is a convenient store located on the main road, The Food and Tipple (turn left out of the housing estate). This is open from 6am-10pm daily.
Tesco supermarket is located in Little Lever – approximately one mile from the apartment.

The apartment is for a maximum of two people and is strictly applied. No additional guests are allowed overnight. It is an open stairway so completely unsuitable for young children.
Can you please remove outdoor footwear on entering the stairs/apartment, as this will protect the wooden floors (slippers are provided). STILETTO HEELS CAUSE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO THE WOODEN FLOOR.
Chopping boards are provided and please use the extractor fan when cooking. ENSURE THAT ALL SURFACES ARE PROTECTED IN THE APARTMENT/KITCHEN FROM HOT UTENSILS/PANS AND SHARP IMPLEMENTS.
It would be appreciated if you could wipe down the surfaces, microwave and sandwich maker if used.
The light switches are dimmers
PLEASE SWITCH OF LIGHTS WHEN LEAVING THE APARTMENT
Emergency bed linen/towels are provided in the black ottoman in the bedroom.
Please do not flush sanitary products or wipes down the toilet.
The apartment is highly insulated and the central heating timer is set for early morning and evening. Should you require to adjust the temperature, please use the up/down arrows at the side of the screen on the remote control.
To ensure privacy please lock the gate when leaving the property or retiring for the night
Refuse (please recycle) and remove food waste promptly. The bins are to the right of the apartment main door.

Please empty apartment of all refuse when leaving. The refuse collectors arrive early every Friday morning.
