I run my own outdoor business Psyched Adventures. I guide people up Snowdon, and take people on sea kayaking and stand up paddle boarding adventures around the lovely rugged coastline of Anglesey. I also lead expeditions abroad such as the Alps, Nepal, India and Morocco trekking.
I've recently set up a new venture with my parents Jane and Dennis, and the two dogs Poppy and Gelert, running self catering cottages in beautiful Anglesey. Gwyllt Cottages are located near Newborough beach, where we like to walk the dogs or swim in the sea.
