The house is designed for entertaining, featuring large open spaces, a sunken living room, granite fireplace, piano area, and an island in the kitchen. This is the perfect house to bring all your friends to for a ski weekend or a summer retreat.
In-House entertainment and amenities:
Abijah Manor features a fully stocked kitchen, Wifi, countless volumes of books, jig-saw puzzles, and just about every board game you can think of. Sit around the fire pit with your friends late into the night. In the warm months, you may lounge on the deck and swim in the pool. Enjoy your Netflix account through Roku on the flat screen in the living room. The children's room is equipped with a Nintendo 64 and an Xbox, keeping your young ones (or you) entertained. Explore the property's five acres, and meander on the adjoining trails. You can even get some work (hopefully not too much!) done in the office, located in a quiet corner of the house.

The entire house is yours! Please keep in mind that one wing of the house--the part with the ping-pong table and bedroom by the pool-- is unheated and will be chilly, but still usable, in the winter.

BY RESERVING OUR HOME, THE GUEST AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Tenant is an adult and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved period. Other occupants will be family members, friends or responsible adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling within the foregoing categories, and as a result they would have to vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be issued to anyone who is not an adult.
2. TENANTS LIABILITY: Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by Tenant or Tenants guests, including, but not limited to, landscaping, misuse of appliances, and/or equipment furnished. Tenant agrees to reimburse owner for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.
3. HOLD HARMLESS: Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither do we accept liability for any inconvenience arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing. Nor will owner accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
4. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Owner from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the premises and agrees to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
