St. Andrew's Church stands on one of the steep slopes of Mount Starokievskaya, with its terrace offers unparalleled views of the old Hem, Zadneprovsky made, new residential areas. Stroll along Khreshchatyk, look at what green chestnuts bloom in summer on the streets. And the townspeople are very friendly! If you want to learn the history of Ukraine, be sure to go to the National History Museum. The Museum of History of Ukraine contains a unique archaeological, ethnographic and numismatic collections, paintings and sculptures, old books, and many other exhibits.
