This 3 bedroom house has a sleeping capacity of 6 and offers a large open plan living room / dining with a sliding door giving access to a spacious deck where you can BBq or just sit and relax and take in the views.
The large yard offers plenty of space for the children to play cricket, footy or indulge in what ever other activities they wish.
The house is only a 2 minute walk to the beach,5 minutes to the local golf course and right on the entrance of the Swan River which is renowned for its bream fishing.
The beach house is fully self contained and is within a 10 minute drive to the local convenience store which has every thing you could possibly want.
Other attractions on offer are Quad Bike tours, Guided Kayak Tours, Fishing, Bird Watching and Bush Walking in the world renowned Freycinet National Park.
