Stylish Industrial Loft in Williamsburg, NYC, with Amazing Rooftop (Manhattan Skyline Views)
We’re a Scandinavian couple, Architect and a UN Employee, that adores sustainable living and mid-century design. Our cool loft includes the shared rooftop with spectacular Manhattan skyline views, sort of the grand prize when living the way we do.
The loft is an airy sun-filled floor-to-ceiling window type of space located on the 7th floor of an elevator live/work building. It is decorated with mid-century and modern pieces but with a focus on keeping the space open and light.
Amenities include: WIFI internet, large open kitchen with dishwasher, queen sized bed, large corner sofa, 2 air mattresses, washing machine and dryer out in the corridor/shared with our lovely neighbors (coin operated), 24/7 access to rooftop, easy street parking, and the East River Ferry right outside our door.
Basic bed linen and towels and toiletries will be provided. Freshly baked bread and in-bldg wine delivery also exists! We are available to answer any questions and we would be more than happy to guide you to our favorite shops, restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.
Williamsburg is really a great area to stay in and so close to Manhattan. We love to just walk over the bridge in the weekends and all of our guests seems to love it too. The neighborhood is really safe and it is blocks away from one of the trendiest hoods in NYC.

Williamsburg is filled with restaurants, bars and great markets. Each weekend, there’s a food market (Smorgasburg, on Sat) and a Flea market (Sun) by the water (Kent Ave / North 6th St). There is also hands down New York City’s best movie theatre, Nitehawk, in old school style serving food and spirits while airing great films.
