The flat is comfortable, and well provided for. The location is excellent for St Kilda. The management of this flat as a business is lacking and resulted in problems for us. The host wasn't in Australia and did not have a local manager to attend to some problems. There was miscom…

Over the Christmas NY period my usual cleaner was on holidays and I found one who's English was minimal. They didn't understand well and disturbed the guests by dropping off and picking up laundry. They said they knew about cleaning airbnbs but clearly didn't. The regular cleaner is now back.

The location of the property was marvellous, and it was tidy and clean. There were a few issues such as no air conditioner, there was no water pressure in the kitchen taps (nor any hot water), the shower is in the bath and the drain appeared blocked. Also, there is a step flight …

All these issues happened during Christmas when it was impossible to fix them. They are no resolved. The listing does not say there is air-conditioning. There isn't. And yes, it is on the second floor

Barbara’s home is centrally locates. We wanted a place close to the palais and ended up enjoying the whole area! St Kilda is beautiful and her Home fits the eclectic feel of the neighbourhood. It was a clean, neat and homely place.
