Surprisingly enough, the majority of our bookings are for four guests.. and to date, we have had very happy guests, partly BECAUSE they knew ahead what they had booked. I received a call upon this guests arrival that THEY THOUGHT THEY BOOKED A TWO BEDROOM. They did not book appropriately for their desires. To hold our place as inadequate does not feel like a fair representation. There was no attention to our listing or the house rules which should be read before completing a reservation. (or material after the reservation) I did credit for the internet which is unfortunate.
(TO CLARIFY- we are switching providers as the repair to outside lines by our current provider is too slow. Will be done Feb 24, meanwhile it is intermitten. Our w/d is available for stays of 4nts or longer-we have some limitations as short stays create our own laundry impact for our catchment and septic system- we keep it accessible as its a great luggage rack! This is also my first sofabed complaint, though I understand its not a favorite for most.. we do have sofa bed topper on it) We try to have a fantastic value and create an 'experience' for you... but a good one! I'm sorry this was not a happy one, its hard to have it happen.
