We have a big modern house, close to the universities and it is only a ten minutes bike ride from the historic center of Seville. The bus stop and the cycle way are not very far as well. The house is divided into four distinct floors which provides each housemate some privacy. On your floor, there are two big rooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom, a toilet, and a little corridor for reading or surfing on the Internet.
For several years now, we've been hosting students from America, Germany, England and France. We've built strong bonds with each one of them and keep excellent memories of their stay, since what we are looking for is to meet new people and practice different languages. My four children, all students, live in the house, so does a German girl, and you, if you decide to share our daily life.
My wife and I are constantly travelling and I think you won't be seeing us very often during your stay. When we are at home, we have our own flat detached from the rest of the house. Between our flat and your rooms you'll find the ground floor with the kitchen, the lounge, the dining room, a distributor, the staircase and a nice patio where you can party with your university friends. The organisation of the chores is simple, each one cleans and tidies the floor in which they live. We prepare the food when we are home, and you'll only have to help prepare it. Anyways, you can cook anytime you want to if we're not there.
RECOMMENDATION: IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO STAY IN SEVILLE DURING THE HOTTEST MONTHS OF SUMMER, I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CHOOSE AN AIR-CONDITIONED HOUSE.
