This owner took six days to reply once I had a reservation et unavailable when there was a problem; and unapologetic for the inconvenience. Ce propriétaire a pris six jours pour répondre une fois que j'avais une réservation et a été indisponible lorsqu'il y avait un problème.

Bob s'est montré malhonnête dans sa communication(il était prévenu de mon indisponibilité temporaire et je me suis fait remplacer par Isabelle elle aussi Superhost avec une grande expérience des voyageurs) et ses commentaires. Je n'ai jamais rencontré quelqu'un d'aussi négatif alors que Superhost pour mes voyageurs, j'ai toujours veillé a leur accueil et bien être
