This is the smallest of the apartments in this building, located in the heart of Vinohrady. Like the other apartments, it is decorated in excellent taste, often with Olga's original artworks.
The building is in one of the best residential neighborhoods in Prague within a 20 minute walk of Wenceslaus Square. Public transportation options are plentiful. Two metro stations, Jiriho z Podebrad or Flora are a 5 minute walk in either direction. A number of tram lines also run a block or two in either direction.
The apartment is fully furnished with washing machine, oven, ironing board with iron, TV + WiFi. All dishes, cooking utensils, towels, and bed linen are provided. It has two rooms, one which serves as a combined kitchen and dining room, and the other which is a combined living room/bedroom. There is a double bed, and there is a large, comfortable couch for a third person in the dining room. The windows look out onto the courtyard on one side and the street on the other. The apartment is part of a three story building built well over 100 years ago and is in a part of Prague with a historical designation.
Great shopping is nearby. A large, modern shopping Mall contains upscale shops, and some excellent cafes and restaurants. There is a small grocery store just next door, as well as large supermarkets close by. From the windows, you have views in both directions - onto the small city park across the street and onto the courtyard garden. Despite the central location, the many large parks and gardens in the area make this into a cool, secluded green haven.
Also nearby are fitness centers and a public swimming pool, park with outdoor exercise equipment and tennis courts. In short, there is something for everyone here, from art lover, to history buff to fitness freak. Olga is a wonderful hostess and will do her best to make your stay a pleasant one.
