Enjoy the serenity of this comfortable summer cottage, near Cape Hedge Beach, in the south end of Rockport. Walk to several beautiful beaches nearby. Bike or walk around a scenic loop and take in views of historic Twin Lighthouses.

Relax in this newly renovated, comfortable, peaceful, space. Enjoy the most comfortable, gigantic, King size bed on Cape Ann. Private bathroom with shower and tub.

Below is a copy of our Owner Contract to be reviewed and signed prior to, or upon, arrival.

This Agreement, made the day of ………………, witnesses that Patricia Pittore of 165 South Street, Rockport, Massachusetts (the “Lessor”) does hereby lease to …………………………… (the “Tenants”), the ‘Guest Room’ at 165 South Street, Rockport, MA. (the “Premises”), to hold from the period of …………………….. after 4:00 pm, through ……………….. until 11:00 am (the “Rental Period”).

*Additional Fee for pets (no cats).

Further, the parties hereto agree to the following:

1. NO SMOKING (Smoking is strictly prohibited, and subject to a fine of $100 or more.)

2. No more than 2 adults will occupy the premises.

3. The tenant is responsible for picking up after their dog. They will bring something to cover the bed if the dog will be on it. The tenant will manage any barking appropriately, and be responsible for any damage incurred by dogs. (N/A)

4. If the tenant defaults and/or otherwise fails to comply as regards any item in this lease, the Tenant agrees to vacate said premises, upon receipt of proper notice from the Landlord.

5. The Tenant may peaceably hold and enjoy the premises without interruption during the Rental Period, but the Lessor retains the right to enter the Premises at reasonable times, and upon reasonable notice, for reasonable and necessary purposes.

6. The Tenant shall use the Premises for residential purposes only and agrees to keep the Premises in as good repair as found. The Tenant agrees to quietly yield up the Premises at the termination of the Rental Period and to replace or repair anything broken, damaged or lost.

7. If the Tenant’s plans change so as to prevent occupancy, the Tenant will forfeit the payment unless the Lessor is able to rent the Premises to another tenant for the same period of time covered by this Agreement. If some problem of the Lessor prevents the Tenant from occupancy then all payment will be returned to the Tenant.
