With one Cal King bed, two queen beds and a full-size sofa bed, our property can accommodate six people comfortably (max 8 people).
You enter the property up a half staircase onto a patio where you can sit and enjoy the view of the beach while sipping cocktails. Walk inside into a beautiful living-dining area with an adjacent kitchen. The master bedroom and its walk-in closet is on this level as well.
Downstairs has a family room, 2 more bedrooms (both rooms with queen beds) and a utility area with washer/dryer. There is a full-size sofa bed in the family room.
Linens for all beds and bath towels are included.
We have internet wifi - 2 modems on the property.
No pets. No smoking.
There is a cleaning fee to be added to the rental rate.
Due to the front unit/ back unit floor plan of this property (versus the much more common upper unit/ lower unit floor plan) there is great deal of privacy. The 3-bedroom occupies the front half of the building.
A single car garage is attached at the back of the building, and fits small/medium sized vehicles. There are street parking (both free and paid) within the vicinity.

$295 per weekday night or $305 per weekend night (2 nights minimum)
Spring rates (March & April):
$340 per weekday night or $355 per weekend night (4 nights minimum)
Month of May - $375 per weekday night or $400 per weekend night (4 nights minimum)
June 1 to September 4 - $450 per night (5 nights minimum)
July 4th week (June 29 to July 7) - $475 per weekday (5 nights minimum)
End of Summer:
September 5 to 30 - $320 per night.
