Thank you for your review. As all future guests and previous guests can see, this is the first negative review we have received. Nuria arrived in our house, and in the first day complained with the house maid about the lack of beds and towels: the point is that they didn't see the outside and 4th room before complaining, which shows their intention negativity since the first moment. With regards to the hot water, we were informed by Nuria on the second day only that the boiler wasn't working, The following day we have sent a technician who said that the boiler was working in perfect conditions, but that the guests had changed the settings and that's why it stopped working. We had made a review only3 weeks before the guests arrived and it was all in perfect state. The small bedroom hasn't got Air conditioning but that is stated in the house description and shouldn't be a surprise to any guests that read it. Withregards to the smell, that is the first time that we received a complaint, Buzios was very busy during this carnaval period and sometimes that's what happens when you are in a small town that wasn't expecting many guests, the problem with the sump, we tried to mitigate the problem by covering the drain, but that's a city issue, not really a house one, and we were very apologetic. The house utensils are not brand new, but are in perfect state of use, a part from them coffee machine that broke and we asked the guests to replace it and paid them back. My impression was that Nuria was ready to complain since she first arrived and the negativity from thh beginning lasted until the very end, with an intention to complain and not enjoy the house as many of our guests have. The guests have broken a toleit seat, toilet flush and have left a mineral water bill for us to pay and in order to minimize their bad impression we didn't charged them for those items. I am very sorry to read such a bad review, specially when all of our guests are very happy with our house.

Renato was a very polite and gentle person until one day before he was supposed to check in. He sent me an email one day before at 1h30 in the morning asking if he could check in one day earlier. I spoke to him on the phone in the next morning when he told me that instead of 4 guests, hhe was coming with 8 guests which makes a substancial difference. But that wasn't really the problem since the house can host 8 guest, what happenned is that we didn't let enough linen and Towels for his guests s I told him. In regards to the earlier check in, I asked him to do it throughout Air BnB, since I dind't know him and we wouldn't be there to charge him the extra night. Now I see that he left me a negative review saying that what I weanted was to charge more? Well I guess that everywere in the world, when you stay one more night, you charge this one more night, and that's the way Air BnB adivised me to do. In regards to the Check out, the other reservation was booked prior to his, so he actually knew that we had guests on the 2nd, since it was booked on the Air BnB calendar. I asked him before his check in to leave the house at 12pm as we had guests arriving at night and we needed to clean the house. Renato dissapointed me once more with the comment negative review that he left, I was always compreehensive and available and when I had to speak to him he never picked up my calls orAir BnB calls.
