Our "Little Beach Escape" is a hidden gem in low density gulf view building. Top floor provides unparalleled views of the emerald waters on the Gulf. Cozy 1BR/1BA loft with sofa sleeper (Queen) and all amenities expected of beach resort. 150 yards to the sugar sands of the 30A Emerald Coast. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping.

Beachfront II Guidelines for Renters/Guests – 2017
Call 911 for emergencies –
And renters advise your owner ASAP of any issues!
Pets must be leashed when out of units, no exceptions. No pets are allowed in pool area or in pool. Everyone must pick up after your pet, do not expect someone else to! Bylaws may be changed that pets are allowed for
Owner use only if renter problems occur and are not fixed – and none of us want this as we like being a dog friendly building for our renters/guests! Please bring your own poop bags, but if you need some there are 2 pet
disposal stands that have empty bags and places to put filled bags.
Cars parked under building must be within a single parking space, and not parked in middle taking up 2 spaces; guests with 2 cars should park one car behind the other; any vehicles that take up 2 spaces must be parked on
gravel or west side. Boats are not allowed without HOA approval, and can never be parked under building.
Motorcycles must be parked towards front of parking area to allow cars behind – do not take up a full car space.
Parking is first come, first serve, no assigned spots.
No items are permitted to be stored in the handicapped parking section per federal regulation.
Bicycle racks are provided on the east end of the building by the kayak stands for Owners. Guest/renter bikes can be parked in the elevator lobby area.
Luggage carts are for household items only, and they are not permitted to haul construction items – use and bring back downstairs immediately, do not keep in units or for longer than time needed to load & unload so the
next guests can use them.
The county dumpster near the entrance is for household trash and small items. There is early morning pickup
3 times per week Mon-Wed-Sat during season, so take trash down night before when possible. Do not leave trash anywhere else.
Smokers - do NOT toss your butts off balconies, or toss on grounds – they should be thrown away as all trash must be. Be sure they are out to avoid fires in dumpsters, trash, etc.
No hanging of towels, clothes, etc. off balcony railings – keep on balcony chairs, etc.
NO grilling is allowed on unit balconies, only downstairs.
If air conditioning is on, windows & doors must be closed to avoid damage to AC units.

Loved the location!! It was so nice being able to look out and see the gulf. We were so happy to find a place that allowed our 2 dogs to be with us. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very short walk to the beach and nice restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our stay, condo so close to the beach and located where we could easily get around! The pool and building are clean and in a quiet location. The pet friendly option is great as well, as we enjoyed having our pups with us on the trip!

The stay was wonderful for a relaxing honeymoon after a stressful wedding! Very clean and very home feeling. Half way through the stay the AC went out and we contacted Courtney right away and was fixed the same day! My two dogs loved the place also! So much to offer in a place! I will defiantly be back for sure. 5 stars.

Great Condo! Courtney was awesome to deal with, very helpful, and responsive. This place is perfectly close to everything, beach, shops, and everything! Very clean and tidy. You can see the beach from the condo and has a great porch and pool. We will def be rec to our friends!

We enjoyed our stay sooo much! Our son basically learned to walk at Courtney's place so we felt right at home! The location was perfect for a family like ours. Such an easy stroll to the beach (even with a kiddo). The tenants and other guest were all very friendly and the pool was nice, clean and refreshing. We really enjoyed exploring the area. Bike rentals are a must! We would love to visit again sometime!
