Overall, this is a decent place to stay. It is in a great location, clean, and the bed is comfortable. However, it is not a place that focuses on comfort. There is almost no seating for guests. But if you're visiting the area, you won't likely spend much time in this space anyway…
Resposta de Tara:
I really appreciate your thoughtful and detailed review, and take what you enjoyed about the apartment, as well as the suggestions to heart. Many, if not most guests, specifically describe the apartment as comfortable, cozy, and welcoming, as well as offering many amenities. I am sorry the bathroom was not your style, but again, for many guests the shower/clawfoot tub are an attractive feature, offering historical charm and appeal. I always check with guests about the stairs to the deck, offer to bring luggage through the house, etc. But I will definitely add a photo of them, as well as the bathroom. I'm also happy to supply more towels, pillows and window coverings. I usually provide three full size bath towels for guests and it has never been a problem, no issue with providing a few more. As for seating, there are two chairs in the bedroom, as well as chairs in the kitchen. I will look into more lounge type furniture, but again, many guests enjoy the simplicity and openness of the space as it is. Thanks for visiting!
