We follow a strict healthy Vegan/Vegetarian diet ,no meat fish, eggs are allowed in our kitchen .There is a frige space and a microwave , electric teapot ,toaster and coffee maker in the main kitchen available for preparing foods . Please do not use the stove without permission. Thank you
We humbly request our guests to try and check in at night by 10 pm if possible . Kindly remove your shoes and leave them at the main entrance, as this is a 'shoes off' environment. Feel free to bring your favorite house slippers, comfy socks or mukluks ;-)
Kapila Gardens has a Sanctuary Feel ~ Quiet, Respectful, practicing 'Ahimsa' or Non-Violence...(which means that it is a vegetarian meat cooking on property) Non-vegetarian guests are encouraged to dine out for your paleo/meat-based meals at any of Sedona's many casual and fine dining restaurants.
We ask that guests respect others residing at Kapila Gardens by observing 'quiet hours' between 10 pm and 7 am ;-) ~ No kitchen activity, Cell phone conversations/online chats/music, etc. ~ it's the perfect time for meditation and repose...Thanks Namaste
